In addition to that, we just received an interesting one pager on quantitative AP Maldi analysis for food safety (tests on olive oil, milk and grapes) from Dr. Panchangula of India’s NCL that you may be interested in downloading. Finally, we encourage you to look at poster 118 (seen below with Dr. Gilles) which talks about using our AP Maldi with an Orbitrap for imaging (8 micron resolution).
