The SubAP/MALDI(ng) ion source is designed for mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) applications with high spatial resolution. This MALDI source operates at pressures from 1 to 10 Torr and is characterized by higher sensitivity compared to AP-MALDI sources (see App Note). The SubAP/MALDI(ng) includes an ion funnel interface for efficient collection and transfer of ions into the mass spectrometer. For more information, click here.
